Meet Our New Sales Director: Dave Graham 

At Freestyle TS, we’re excited to welcome Dave Graham as our new Sales Director.

Bringing more than 25 years of MSP and technology experience, Dave joins the team with a strong reputation for delivering customer-focused IT strategies, building trusted partnerships, and helping businesses navigate an ever-changing technology landscape.

Having worked across sectors including SME, banking, healthcare, government, defence, and start-ups, Dave has helped shape IT strategies for hundreds of organisations – from cloud-first businesses to large, complex enterprises. His experience also includes helping develop one of the UK’s first Microsoft Cloud consultancies and completing the first sale of Microsoft Azure in the UK.

For Dave, customer relationships remain at the centre of everything.

“It takes a long time to earn the confidence of a new customer, so they need to be at the centre of everything we deliver.”

Dave describes his leadership style as high-energy, collaborative and inclusive, with a focus on bringing both sales and technical teams together to deliver the best outcomes for customers.

As businesses continue to face growing challenges around AI, cybersecurity, hybrid working, and rising operational pressures, Dave believes trusted partnerships have never been more important.

In his new role, Dave will focus on strengthening strategic partnerships, enhancing customer experience, supporting business growth, and helping organisations build long-term IT strategies that genuinely add value.

With oversight across both the sales and technical teams, Dave will play a key role in ensuring customers receive technically-led solutions tailored to their goals, while maintaining the high levels of service and trust Freestyle TS is known for.

What attracted you to Freestyle TS?
“Knowing some of my old work colleagues were still here was a key part of coming back. When we went through the role and the vision for the business, it just felt like the right fit.”

What’s your leadership style?
“High energy and inclusive. I like bringing people on a journey and creating an environment where everyone feels part of the success.”

What matters most in customer relationships?
“Trust. Customers need confidence that things will be delivered how and when they should be.”

Biggest lesson in sales?
“Listen to understand, not to respond.”

What’s one thing businesses should be focusing on right now?
“AI governance and cybersecurity. AI is evolving incredibly quickly, but businesses need the right guardrails and security in place to protect their people, data, and reputation.”
